Mechanic/Hydraulic L4

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced mechanic and hydraulic repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Conduct complex failure analysis to establish root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and test preventive maintenance plans and carry out predictive maintenance techniques.
• Disassemble and assemble complex mechanical components and perform mechanical or optical alignments.
• Build hydraulic piping, install accessories, and operate welding equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and execute machine lockouts and tagouts (LOTO).
• Maintain accurate records in maintenance systems to ensure product traceability and information accuracy.
• Proactively suggest equipment upgrades or replacements and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe workplace.

Requirements

• High School diploma or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced skills in mechanic and hydraulic repair and maintenance.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in operating welding equipment.
• Experience with failure analysis and root cause determination.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
