Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and innovation of production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Implement Lockout/Tagout/Tryout (LOTOTO) procedures before working on any equipment
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring mechanical issues
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve equipment problems
• Identify, request, and document necessary spare parts for maintenance tasks
• Participate in planned maintenance shutdowns, major overhauls, and equipment upgrades
• Support various projects and the installation of new equipment
• Adhere to ESHA procedures and participate in safety talks and SDR collection targets
• Support ISO implementations and other quality standards including HALAL and HACCP

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma with a major in mechanics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical work
