Mechanic Assistant

Responsibilities

• Clean conveyors on the production line
• Prepare and clean surfaces for inspection and lubrication of mechanical parts
• Perform equipment greasing under the supervision of a mechanic
• Ensure proper use and functioning of company equipment
• Support the maintenance team in executing tasks
• Monitor the proper functioning of machines on the production line
• Inform immediate supervisor of any required actions, detected problems, or delays
• Work safely in compliance with SST policies and company procedures
• Perform any other related tasks

Requirements

• Excellent physical fitness and manual dexterity
• Autonomous, methodical, and proactive approach
• Diligent and conscientious in task execution
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Comfortable working outdoors and being exposed to cold temperatures
• Ability to work in a dusty factory/sorting center environment
