Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical assembly of structures, machines, and equipment, ensuring precise tolerances, adjustments, and alignments (leveling, centering, and runout).
• Operate various tools and equipment, including hydraulic wrenches, grinders, polishers, and power screwdrivers, while following established procedures.
• Perform corrective maintenance and performance evaluations on industrial components such as pumps, compressors, and radiators to identify failures.
• Interpret technical drawings and utilize precision measurement tools like micrometers, dial indicators, and levels to ensure assembly quality.
• Fabricate small devices and perform adjustments, finishing, deburring, and lubrication of parts to ensure component conformity.
• Support and guide the technical team by communicating deviations or improvements through technical records and sketches.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in metrology applied to mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in the diagnosis and evaluation of mechanical components.
• Knowledge of operating critical assembly equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanics.
