Mecânico(a) de Manutenção Especializada

Responsibilities

• Execute corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance on production equipment (Front-End or Tooling).
• Perform repairs and adjustments through the assembly and disassembly of tools and equipment to extend machine life.
• Coordinate and execute equipment setups using SMED activities to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and checklists to detect anomalies and perform necessary mechanical interventions.
• Participate in monthly preventive maintenance planning and execution according to established schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Comply with Integrated Management System (SGI) procedures, safety standards, and occupational health regulations.

Requirements

• Completed Technical Course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of Industrial Mechanics and Machine Tools.
• Proficiency in Metrology and reading/interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems in production equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and failure analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Experience working with Integrated Management Systems (SGI).
