Mecanico Mantenimiento Maquinaria

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned production equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.
• Communicate equipment failures, damages, or maintenance deviations to the maintenance supervisor for scheduling and corrective action.
• Implement food safety and security procedures in accordance with company guidelines and established protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all assigned tools are in good condition to prevent accidents and audit findings.
• Support quality management systems by monitoring risks, following quality and food safety policies, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Adhere to environmental and safety standards, including the responsible use of natural resources, energy, and gas.

Requirements

• Technical education or a degree in Industrial Mechanical Technology.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance roles.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and conversation).
• Basic knowledge of quality control and production processes.
• Basic understanding of statistics.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and container preparation.
