Mecânico II

Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, recovery, and assembly of mechanical subassemblies such as reducers, centrifugal pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and valves.
• Execute fabrication, assembly, adjustment, and finishing of boiler structures and components according to technical drawings.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to identify wear, cracks, or deformations.
• Use metrology instruments to ensure components meet technical tolerances and project specifications.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation for repair and manufacturing services.
• Perform mechanical adjustments, including the assembly of bearings, gears, shafts, and seals.
• Support welding, cutting, and material shaping processes following quality requirements.
• Conduct functional tests and final inspections on refurbished components before operational release.
• Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and environmental procedures to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Ensino Médio Completo).
• Vocational training/professional course (Curso Profissionalizante).
• Driver's License Category B (CNH Categoria B) is desirable.
• Residence in Conceição do Mato Dentro/MG or nearby regions (Serro, Congonhas do Norte, Dom Joaquim, or Alvorada de Minas).
