Responsibilities

• Execute corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance on Front-End, Back-End, or Tooling equipment.
• Perform repairs and adjustments through the assembly and disassembly of tools and equipment to extend asset life.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on tooling according to the Industrial Maintenance System (SMI) and operational checklists.
• Support factory mechanics and technicians during corrective maintenance to reduce production downtime.
• Transfer technical knowledge and provide guidance to employees regarding technical and operational routines.
• Identify causes of equipment downtime by monitoring production processes to maximize performance.
• Record all interventions in the SAP system to maintain accurate maintenance history.
• Follow up with suppliers and inspect recovered parts and equipment to ensure schedule compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S and Lean manufacturing practices.
• Comply with all safety, occupational health, and environmental standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Completed High School education.
• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies.
• Strong orientation toward Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
