Mecânico de Produção Especializada

Responsibilities

• Analyze production line indicators and perform mechanical interventions on can production equipment to maximize performance.
• Program and prepare setups and necessary inputs, utilizing SMED activities to minimize downtime during conversions.
• Operate production equipment via specific control panels to maximize productivity.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure cans and lids meet technical specifications.
• Execute maintenance and adjustments on production line equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Support the maintenance team with mechanical interventions to restore equipment conditions.
• Monitor and control process spoilage and input consumption to minimize waste and meet budget goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Comply with all safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in industrial operation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
