Mecânico de Produção

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment via specific control panels to maximize productivity.
• Perform routine inspections and mechanical interventions to ensure equipment functionality.
• Execute quality inspections for can and lid formation processes to maintain technical specifications.
• Manage input of raw materials into the production line to optimize process performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Comply with all safety, occupational health, and environmental standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of Industrial Mechanics and Failure Analysis.
• Proficiency in basic Metrology and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Integrated Management Systems (SGI).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience operating machine tools.
• Technical English proficiency.
