Responsibilities

• Operate and control production line equipment via control panels to ensure process performance and productivity.
• Perform routine inspections, quality checks, and mechanical interventions according to operational checklists.
• Execute maintenance, adjustments, and setups following SMED practices to reduce downtime.
• Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards, maintaining an organized workspace using Lean (5S) tools.
• Manage input materials and monitor consumption to meet budget requirements and reduce spoilage.
• Support specialized mechanics in complex interventions and provide guidance to production maintainers to ensure process reliability.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Ensino Médio Completo).

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in industrial operation and maintenance.
