Mecânico de Manutenção Especializada

Responsibilities

• Execute corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance on Front-End or Tooling equipment to ensure optimal functioning and extend asset life.
• Perform repairs and adjustments through the assembly and disassembly of tools and production equipment.
• Participate in the planning and execution of monthly preventive maintenance schedules, managing materials, tools, and time.
• Coordinate and execute equipment setups on the production line using SMED activities to minimize downtime during conversions.
• Conduct routine inspections and checklists to detect equipment anomalies and perform necessary mechanical interventions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Comply with Integrated Management System (SGI) procedures, safety standards, occupational health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Completed Technical Course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of Industrial Mechanics and Machine Tools.
• Proficiency in Metrology and reading/interpreting technical drawings.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics for production equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Failure Analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Experience with Integrated Management Systems (SGI).
