Mecânico de Manutenção

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment within the plant and other company facilities.
• Monitor and supervise third-party contractors performing maintenance services.
• Assist in the control of spare parts and support the procurement of new materials through appropriate specifications and criticality definitions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production and administrative processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 6'S standards.
• Ensure plant operations align with Buckman Fundamentals regarding Quality, Safety, Process Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma and a completed Technical degree in Mechanics.
• Proven experience in corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance.
• Solid experience with industrial equipment, including pumps, mechanical seals, process vessels, reducers, agitators, exhaustors, forklifts, and fire fighting systems.
• Solid experience with utility equipment, such as generators, compressors, chillers, and boilers.
• Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Experience with NR13 (performing inspections and criticality mapping).
• Basic IT knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• NR12 certification/knowledge.
• Intermediate knowledge of technical drawing tools such as AutoCAD or similar software.
