Mecânico Ajustador I

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and finishing of mechanical parts and sets according to technical drawings and standards
• Interpret technical drawings, select appropriate materials, and perform adjustments, alignments, and dimensional verifications
• Execute operational support activities, including production records, hours, and process documentation
• Support system assembly while maintaining equipment organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and quality standards
• Suggest continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Technical degree in Mechanics, Hydraulics, or Pneumatics
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Experience using dimensional measurement and control instruments
• Ability to operate machines and tools, including presses, drills, grinders, and band saws
• Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and pumps
