Mecânico(a) Ajustador(a)

Responsibilities

• Execute activities related to the tolerance and adjustment of mechanical components using precision tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and precision levels
• Operate critical assembly equipment (e.g., hydraulic wrenches) and rotation equipment (e.g., grinders, polishers, or sanders) while recording parameters according to manuals
• Perform alignment on large mechanical components, including leveling, runout, and centering
• Evaluate the condition of machined components to ensure suitability for assembly
• Create sketches to communicate assembly problems, solutions, or required devices
• Assess performance and identify failures in machinery such as hydraulic pumps, radiators, and compressors
• Read and interpret technical drawings to guide mechanical processes

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Proficiency in metrology applied to mechanical assembly
• Experience operating critical assembly equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Capability to perform diagnosis and evaluation of mechanical components

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanics
