Mécanicien-Régleur d'Assemblage

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to production operators to resolve operational issues
• Ensure the availability, proper use, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and consumables
• Perform field interventions including troubleshooting, adjustments, audits, and 5S compliance checks
• Monitor performance indicators within your scope and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in production area evolution projects by providing operational expertise

Requirements

• Minimum of an AFP (Attestation de Formation Professionnelle) in a technical field
• Professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally within the watchmaking sector
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in using standard IT tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to listen, analyze, and understand complex situations
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain perspective
