Meat/Seafood Clerk

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, friendly customer service and assist with special orders
• Prepare, grind, and package meat and seafood products
• Receive, unload, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and prevent aging
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including tables, floors, and coolers
• Follow all safety, health, and food handling procedures
• Perform basic math for weighing products and comparing invoices

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry products weighing between 25 and 90 lbs
• Basic knowledge of math, weights, and measures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
