Meat Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create an effective relationship with customers by proposing products based on their needs
• Refill counters and position merchandise correctly
• Handle department decoration and signage
• Support the Department Manager with order compilation
• Manage stock variations and returns
• Inform customers about in-store promotions and handle requests or issues

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of METRO Italia product assortment and customer categories
• Understanding of commercial KPIs and sales techniques
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and problem-solving mindset
• Availability to work shifts and on holidays
