Meat Specialist

Responsibilities

• Advise customers with a proactive sales approach tailored to their business needs
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards in the section
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Contribute proactively to increasing section sales according to company strategy

Requirements

• Equivalent to 12th-grade education
• HACCP training
• Experience in similar roles
• Meat Handler Certificate (Carta de Manipulador de Carnes)
• Communication skills and customer orientation
• Ability to work in a team
• Availability for rotating shifts and days off
