Meat Specialist

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on different types of meat, preparation methods, and recipes
• Present fresh products in display cases, shelves, and displays
• Ensure the quality and freshness of the stock
• Replenish and maintain neatness of shop shelves and display cases
• Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and personal attention

Requirements

• Passion for meat and working with customers
• Hospitable attitude to exceed customer expectations
• Eagerness to learn about the meat department and beyond
• Experience in a butcher shop or as a chef is a plus
• Availability for 32 to 36 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
