Meat Salesperson

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to gastronomy and wholesale customers regarding meat and sausage products
• Ensure product availability and maintain orderly shelves
• Present goods attractively to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the meat department
• Ensure quality assurance by following legal and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, expiration date control)

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or experience as a salesperson in food retail
• Experience as a butcher, meat specialist, or in gastronomy (e.g., chef) is a plus
• Knowledge of meat and sausage products
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
