About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise and inspire gastronomy customers regarding the meat and sausage assortment
- Ensure product availability and maintain orderly shelves
- Present goods attractively while maintaining cleanliness in the meat department
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory quality standards such as HACCP and expiration date monitoring
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or experience as a salesperson in food retail
- Experience as a butcher, meat specialist, or in gastronomy (e.g., cook) is a plus
- Knowledge of meat and sausage products
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
