Meat Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate meats for the preparation of carcass raw materials and products requiring advanced processing
• Control and supervise all process steps from butchering to trimming, packaging, and labeling
• Coordinate the collection of orders from stores and production on platforms
• Communicate with relevant employees to ensure collection and preparation of orders based on specific customer needs
• Report all production processes and outputs

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree graduate
• Resident in or able to reside in Bursa
• Preferably 2 years of work experience
• Valid driver's license and active driving ability
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and follow-up ability
