Measurement Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Integrate new measurement systems and technologies into Development and Manufacturing lines
• Transfer new technologies to equipment and process receivers
• Provide remote system support and develop comprehensive system documentation
• Communicate testing results and project progress to team members, stakeholders, and leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a relevant field
• Solid experience in machine vision (image processing) and automated optics inspection
• Ability to work effectively in a small team with a cooperative, flexible, and respectful attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in C#, Python, or C++ programming languages
• Expertise with Machine Vision toolsets such as Halcon or MIL
• Experience with a broad range of optical and non-optical sensors (cameras, laser sensors, ultrasonics, vibrometers, and interferometers)
• Experience leveraging external suppliers and system integrators to design and install manufacturing systems
• Understanding of quality architecture and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
