About the role
Responsibilities
- Elaborate and enter contractual measurements in the RM ERP
- Validate measurement periods, milestones, and billing eligibility
- Correctly apply contractual retentions such as guarantees, taxes, and deductions
- Verify adherence between contracts, measurements, and billing
- Interface with suppliers to align measurements and adjustments
- Support the analysis of billing inconsistencies and discrepancies
- Ensure traceability of measurements through calculation memories and evidence
- Act preventively to mitigate fiscal and systemic risks
- Support project financial closing including CapEx and disbursements
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related fields
- Previous experience with measurements and billing in projects
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably RM
