MEA CSC Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Supply Chain (CSC) for the MEA Operating Unit, overseeing customer service, demand planning, warehousing, and logistics
• Own the customer supply chain relationship and establish strategic partnerships with senior leadership at customer organizations
• Manage all aspects of the MEA supply chain, including forecast development, customer inventory, order processing, and delivery
• Lead warehousing and logistics teams to drive productivity, manage 3PL/carrier relationships, and optimize cost-to-serve
• Direct CSC teams to collaborate with retailers on replenishment, retail execution, and supply chain activities
• Oversee the collaborative account forecasting process and ensure risks/opportunities are reported through Integrated Business Planning
• Drive talent strategy by coaching, developing, and growing senior leaders and operational teams
• Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to impact top-line sales and profit

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in a supply chain leadership role
• Extensive experience in FMCG/CPG or Consumer Health/OTC sectors
• Proven track record in high-level customer engagement and collaboration
• Multimarket or regional leadership experience within a multicultural environment
• Deep understanding of supply chain functions such as forecasting, inventory control, and demand planning
• Proficiency with ERP systems and statistical forecasting software
• Expertise in forecasting tools and algorithms, such as time-series based demand forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the MEA region
• APICS certification (e.g., CPIM)
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Experience with Logistics Software Solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets
