M&E Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop Project Management Plans and establish project strategies
• Support master programmes and identify project milestones
• Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements and briefs
• Lead project meetings and manage project correspondence
• Produce and issue Request for Proposals (RFPs) and tender documents
• Review tender returns for technical compliance and cost
• Assist with design package reviews and value engineering
• Track risk mitigation activities and value engineering opportunities
• Assess contractor progress, commercial matters, and site quality
• Manage design teams and coordinate responses to technical queries
• Perform quantity surveying including cost estimation and change control
• Mentor junior staff and support business development objectives

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant construction discipline
• Demonstrable experience in M&E Project Management or M&E Quantity Surveying
• Experience working on projects with high technical complexity (mechanical/electrical/process)
• Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Member of or working towards Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or equivalent
