Responsibilities

• Execute spectacular events of all sizes and anticipate guest needs
• Proactively ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations within the meetings and events department
• Act as a goal-oriented organizer to fill the event calendar
• Deliver exceptional service to exceed guest expectations and create unforgettable moments

Requirements

• Very good German and English language skills
• Flexibility and a positive "Yes, I can!" attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• Passion for exceptional service
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage but not required
