ME Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive OEE and RTY improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and upgrade of manufacturing equipment
• Define and optimize process flows and equipment layouts for production lines
• Support New Product Introduction activities and successful product launches
• Collaborate with Maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability
• Lead Kaizen projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct Gemba Walks, 5S audits, and SOS audits
• Develop and implement error-proofing solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations
• Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and process documentation
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
