MDR Operations Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Transform operational data into actionable insights to drive performance improvement and strategic decision-making.
• Work with SOC analysts and leaders to understand evolving security operations workflows.
• Translate customer experience insights into defined operational gaps such as training, documentation, or process improvements.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify cross-functional gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Track and validate the impact of improvement initiatives to ensure measurable gains in performance.
• Proactively identify emerging risks and trends in performance or customer experience.
• Define and refine performance metrics to ensure alignment with quality and operational outcomes.
• Integrate AI solutions into operational performance analysis to improve efficiency.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for unforeseen deviations in performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Security Operations with MSSP or MDR providers.
• At least 5 years of cumulative experience in security analyst, SOC leadership, or operational reporting roles.
• Proven ability to take complex, disconnected data and create actionable insights.
• Experience building metrics using data visualization tools such as Grafana or PowerBI.
• Working literacy of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, GPT) and understanding their appropriate use in workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse leadership audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
