MDM Administrator

Responsibilities

• Enroll, configure, and manage mobile devices and endpoints across supported platforms
• Perform device lifecycle activities including provisioning, reassignment, remote lock/wipe, and decommissioning
• Support both corporate-owned and BYOD device models
• Provide L1/L2 support for MDM-related issues via ITSM tools
• Troubleshoot enrollment failures, app access issues, policy conflicts, and profile errors
• Maintain accurate device inventory and compliance records
• Prepare regular reports on enrollment status, device health, and policy adherence
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in an L1/L2 blend role
• Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM or UEM solutions
• Understanding of endpoint management concepts and device lifecycle management
• Working knowledge of mobile OS and endpoint platforms
• Basic understanding of directory services and identity management
• Familiarity with enterprise security fundamentals and access controls
• Experience with ITSM and ticketing systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to conditional access or device-based access control
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge
• Understanding of zero-trust or modern endpoint security models
• Relevant certifications in endpoint management or IT support
