About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a mobile/tablet fleet using MDM
- Analyze MDM team needs regarding automation and activity monitoring
- Design, develop, and maintain scripts for terminal identification and recurring administration
- Design and develop an internal web portal for MDM activity management and automation
- Integrate scripts and portals into the existing ecosystem (internal tools, MDM, ticketing)
- Document developments including operating modes and user guides
- Ensure evolutionary and corrective maintenance of developed scripts and portals
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar missions
- Proficiency in PowerShell
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (Airwatch / WorkspaceOne, MobileIron, etc.)
