Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing strategies and develop personal performance plans to meet or exceed targets
• Manage daily client visits and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with target customers
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and identify potential client needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on work progress and market dynamics
• Collect and report adverse reaction information from patients to relevant departments
• Assist Regional Managers with training new representatives on products, markets, and company systems
• Ensure 100% compliance with all company regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing
• 5+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Proficiency in office software and computer applications
• Strong English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Excellent verbal communication and coordination abilities
• RDPAC certification and successful completion of company high-level representative certification
