Responsibilities

• Execute regional market promotion strategies and develop personal performance plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage daily client visits and maintain long-term, positive relationships with target customers.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and identify potential client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing timely reports to regional managers.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all work reports and documentation.
• Collect and report adverse reaction information from patients to the relevant company departments.
• Assist regional managers with training new representatives on market policies, customer profiles, and reporting systems.
• Maintain 100% compliance with all company regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing.
• 5+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proficiency in office software and computer applications.
• Strong English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills.
• RDPAC certification and successful completion of company high-level representative certification exams.
