About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute regional marketing strategies and develop personal performance plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage daily client visits and promotional activities to maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Proactively develop new client accounts and maintain deep understanding of target customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory, reporting findings to management.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all work reports and documentation.
- Collect and report adverse reaction information from patients to the relevant internal departments.
- Maintain 100% compliance with all company regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing.
- 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Proficiency in office software and computer applications.
- English language proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- RDPAC certification.
- Strong communication, coordination, and verbal expression skills.
