MCR, OBU, ENA Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing strategies and develop personal performance plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage daily client visits and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with target customers.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and identify potential client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing timely reports to regional managers.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all work reports and documentation.
• Collect and report adverse reaction information from patients to the relevant departments.
• Assist regional managers with training new representatives on market policies and product knowledge.
• Maintain 100% compliance with all company regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing.
• 5+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proficiency in office software and computer applications.
• Competency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong verbal communication, expression, and coordination skills.
• Must hold certification from high-level representative exams and RDPAC.
