About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute regional marketing strategies and develop personal performance plans to meet or exceed targets
- Manage daily client visits and promotional activities to maintain long-term cooperative relationships with target customers
- Proactively develop new customers and maintain a deep understanding of target client needs
- Complete all work reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Execute company marketing activities and monitor competitor dynamics to ensure accurate product information delivery
- Monitor market trends within the assigned territory and report findings to the District Manager
- Collect and report adverse reaction information from patients to the relevant departments
- Ensure 100% compliance with all company regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing
- 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
- Proficiency in office software
- English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- RDPAC certification
- Strong verbal expression, communication, and coordination skills
