McLaren Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales process for McLaren vehicles, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Deliver a bespoke, high-touch customer experience aligned with McLaren brand standards.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and repeat clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
• Maintain an active client database and manage follow-ups, referrals, and loyalty programs using CRM tools.
• Represent the brand at exclusive events, launches, and client engagement activities.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or premium retail environments.
• Strong understanding of premium customer expectations, brand positioning, and lifestyle sales.
• Proficiency in CRM and lead management tools for tracking pipeline and follow-up.
• Excellent professional presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to drive sales targets with minimal supervision and high accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Direct experience selling supercars or ultra-luxury vehicles.
