Responsibilities

• Manage teams and verify the quality of services delivered
• Support and develop team skills
• Act as an ambassador for the Bplay application
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures
• Guarantee customer development, satisfaction, and loyalty
• Support the casino renovation project while ensuring customer comfort
• Manage daily operational missions autonomously
• Oversee Responsible Gaming policies and anti-money laundering regulations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Management Committee Member (MCD)
• Deep knowledge of the gaming industry and its regulations
• Strong leadership and managerial qualities
• Commercial mindset and talent development skills
• Ability to work both day and night shifts
