McCafé Staff Member

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious coffee specialties and advise customers on product selection
• Fill and decorate the display case with fresh products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the entire McCafé area

Requirements

• Good proficiency in German; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends
• Strong customer service skills and enjoyment in interacting with regular guests
• Experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in gastronomy, retail, or bakery services
• Experience in roles such as waiter, salesperson, or customer service representative
