McCafé Staff Member

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious coffee specialties and advise customers on product selection
• Fill and decorate the display cases
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire McCafé area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a cafe/waiter role is preferred
• Enjoyment in interacting with regular customers
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends
• Good German language skills; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in gastronomy, retail, or customer service roles
• Background as a bakery assistant or similar service professional
