MCA Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support control activities of the Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA) program, also known as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
• Oversee the MCA program, including periodic attestations, quality oversight, and related reporting.
• Identify, analyze, and assess potential risks to ensure timely remediation of significant control issues and operational events.
• Develop and maintain ORM tools and methodologies to support accurate assessments of the risk and control environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of risk controls.
• Maintain a robust tracking and reporting MCA inventory to provide visibility on control gaps and quality control processes.
• Drive MCA best practices, transformation, and execution consistency across various business functions.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of control development and execution.
• Proven ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
