MBSE Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as designer for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program office
• Author process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods
• Use requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in Cameo
• Perform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needs
• Perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools
• Define requirements and assist in requirements development and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience on missile defense-related or DoD programs
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
• Active Secret Clearance
• Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE)
• Experience with architecture modeling languages (DoDAF or UAF)
• Ability to train others on MBSE concepts and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MDA programs and processes
• Experience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems, or hypersonic weapons
• Hands-on experience with DOORS NG
• Exposure to MDA test events and activities
