MBA Intern, Workforce Reinvention & AI/Data

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of initiatives related to AI, data platforms, and workflow improvements
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to support AI use cases and business decision-making
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and data to improve organizational efficiency and productivity
• Translate business needs into actionable problem statements, roadmaps, and next steps
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and track project dependencies
• Develop stakeholder materials including presentations, summaries, and progress updates
• Contribute to short-term plans that accelerate the adoption of AI tools and digital workflows

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent graduate program
• 3–5+ years of prior professional experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, MA for the duration of the internship
• Must hold current US work authorization without the need for future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, biotech, consulting, or technology
• Familiarity with AI, data, or digital tools in a business context
• Experience using data to support analysis, reporting, or decision-making
• Experience supporting projects, operations, or process improvement initiatives
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively across diverse teams
