Responsibilities

• Manage absenteeism and manpower planning
• Recruit employees and verify documentation
• Prepare job descriptions and scopes of work
• Complete joining formalities and issue appointment letters
• Execute employee induction and orientation
• Manage performance appraisals and confirmation processes
• Oversee payroll and Performance Management Systems (PMS)
• Handle employee grievances and act as a liaison between management and staff
• Ensure employee welfare activities and facility management
• Assist in statutory compliance and end-to-end HR activities

Requirements

• MBA in HR (Fresher)
• Must be a graduate
