MBA Associate - Business Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager, North America, to support strategic initiatives and key business priorities
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to support business planning
• Analyse operational, commercial, and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare business cases, financial analyses, executive presentations, and reports
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Operations
• Support the evaluation of new business opportunities and partnerships
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and business modelling

Requirements

• MBA candidate or recent MBA graduate from a reputable university
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another quantitative discipline preferred
• 4–6 years of professional experience in engineering, consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, finance, or business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• AI Fluency and comfort leveraging AI tools for productivity
