MBA Associate - Business Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager, North America, to support strategic initiatives and key business priorities
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to provide practical insights for business planning
• Analyze operational, commercial, and financial performance to identify trends and improvement areas
• Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and executive presentations for strategic discussions
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations
• Support the evaluation of new business opportunities and partnerships through structured research
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, business modeling, and overall productivity

Requirements

• MBA candidate or recent MBA graduate from a reputable university
• 4–6 years of professional experience in engineering, consulting, strategy, operations, or finance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a quantitative discipline preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional executive interaction
• AI Fluency and a commitment to using AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency
