Maximo QA Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver testing services within the Maximo testing practice
• Assess and develop manual and automated testing needs within Maximo environments
• Maintain hands-on involvement in test execution, automation, and risk coverage analysis
• Review functional and non-functional requirements for Maximo applications
• Produce test artifacts including strategies, plans, cases, and metrics reports
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations
• Lead cross-functional teams including testers, developers, and business analysts

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Maximo Testing Projects
• 3-4 years of experience in Maximo migration or implementation
• 4+ years of experience leading large QA teams and projects
• Strong knowledge of Maximo landscape and QA methodologies
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, or TOSCA
• Experience with test management tools like qTest, ALM, TFS, or JIRA
• Experience in defect management using JIRA, qTest, or Quality Center
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
