Maximo Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on data cleansing to resolve inconsistencies and prepare Maximo asset data for future AI-powered models
• Provide technical support for Maximo configurations and assist in standardizing the Maximo-ERP interface
• Support the technical rollout and ongoing maintenance of the Maximo Mobile suite
• Ensure the data foundation supports the effective adoption of standardized Work Order Management processes
• Collaborate directly with maintenance and operations teams to drive adoption and maintain high data quality
• Use SQL and analytical skills to clean, standardize, and migrate large-scale data
• Support the integration of Maximo with other systems such as SAP or Oracle

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or an equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis specifically within a Maximo environment
• Strong SQL and analytical skills
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams
