We are a high school in central Västerås providing vocational programs through apprenticeship training, where more than 50% of the education takes place at a workplace. We focus on learning, security, and engagement in a welcoming environment where students are at the center.

Responsibilities

• Teach mathematics in an inspiring and reality-oriented manner
• Plan, document, and conduct teaching in accordance with Skolverket's curriculum and governing documents
• Create adapted teaching that challenges and develops students
• Build trusting relationships with both students and colleagues
• Stay updated on the latest developments within your subject area

Requirements

• Teacher's degree and teaching certification (lärarlegitimation)
• Solid subject competence in mathematics for upper secondary school
• Ability to teach in an integrated and practical approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Eligibility to teach Swedish or English
